Now Hiring Seasonal Staff
We’re looking for good people who like working outdoors, helping families have a great time, and being part of something that actually matters to people.
Why Work Here
A Summer Worth Showing Up For
Nature’s Touch is a family-owned campground. That means you’re not a number β you’re part of how this place runs. Every person on our team has a direct impact on whether guests have a trip they remember.
Work Outside
Most of what we do happens outside. If you’d rather be on your feet in the fresh air than behind a desk, this is the right fit.
Real Impact
The families who stay here are making memories. The way our team shows up directly shapes whether those memories are good ones.
Wisconsin Dells
3 miles from one of the most active destinations in the Midwest. There’s a reason people travel from all over to work a summer here.
Seasonal Schedule
April through October. A defined season with a clear start and end β good for students, teachers, retirees, and anyone who wants a meaningful summer commitment.
Small Team
You’ll know everyone you work with. No corporate layers, no anonymous management. Just a small team that takes care of each other and the campground.
Good Energy
People arrive here on vacation. The energy on a summer Friday at a campground is different from most workplaces. It’s hard to explain until you’ve been part of it.
