Fun That Doesn’t Require a Car
Wisconsin Dells is 3 miles away. But honestly, some of the best parts of your trip happen right here on the campground β pool, train rides, game room, campfire, and a whole lot of reasons to never leave.
On-Site Activities
Nine Reasons to Stay on the Campground
Every activity below is right here on the property. No tickets, no driving, no standing in line. Just your family, doing whatever sounds good next.
Swimming Pool
Fenced pool open 9am to 8pm daily for all registered guests. The afternoon cool-down that makes the whole trip work β especially after a morning at the waterparks.
Tractor Train Rides
A Nature’s Touch original. The tractor train tours the campground on themed event weekends and creates the kind of memory that makes kids ask to come back next year. Check the events page for dates.
Game Room
Open 24 hours so the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Arcade games, pool table, and more β the perfect backup plan for a rainy afternoon or a late night when nobody’s ready to sleep.
Mini Golf
On-site mini golf course for all ages. Equipment available at the office. Simple, competitive, and just enough to turn a slow afternoon into something everyone’s talking about at dinner.
Pedal Bikes
Grab a pedal bike and explore the campground at your own pace. Great for kids and adults who want to cover more ground between activities without burning through their energy.
Nature Trails
40 acres of on-site hiking and walking trails. No drive required β just step off your site and into the woods. Perfect for morning walks, after-dinner strolls, and every moment in between.
Movie Nights
Outdoor and lodge movie nights on themed event weekends. Bring your camp chairs and blankets β or settle into the lodge for a family-friendly screening after a full day of activity.
Kids Crafts
Organized craft activities for kids on themed event weekends. Something to take home and something to talk about β the kind of detail that turns a campground into a destination.
Campfire at Your Site
Every site has a fire ring. Every night is a campfire night. Firewood available at the camp store. This is the one that matters most β the slow hours, the s’mores, the conversations that only happen around a fire.
A Perfect Day
What a Day at Nature’s Touch Looks Like
Families who get the most out of Nature’s Touch follow a rhythm that balances adventure and rest. Here’s a day that works.
Morning Coffee at the Site
Fire up the camp stove. Sit outside. Let the day start slowly. This is the part of camping nobody talks about and everyone misses when they get home.
Head to Wisconsin Dells
Waterparks, boat tours, Downtown Dells, mini golf, go-karts β it’s all 3 miles away. Peak experience hours are before 11am when crowds are thinner.
Back to the Campground Pool
Come back, cool off. Your own pool, no wristbands, no crowds. Kids transition naturally from waterpark mode to campground mode and suddenly nobody wants to leave.
Game Room, Mini Golf or Bikes
The between-time activities. Competitive, low-stakes, and exactly the right pace for the end of an afternoon.
Grill at the Site
Dinner at your own fire ring. No restaurants, no kids menus, no waiting. Just good food outside with the people you came with.
Campfire & S’mores
Firewood from the camp store. Grab a drink from the pub. Let the night go as long as it wants. This is the part everyone talks about on the drive home.
